Welcome to Cristina Barr Photography. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website cristinabarrphotography.com and our photography services. By accessing or using our Site or booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse, copy, or distribute content (including images, text, or logos) without our prior written consent.

2. Services

All photography services are subject to availability and confirmed booking.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our policies, values, or schedule.

3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date.
Payment methods and deadlines will be specified in your booking confirmation or invoice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to our availability. Additional fees may apply.
In the rare event we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

5. Intellectual Property & Image Use

Copyright: All images remain the property of Cristina Barr Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage Rights: Clients are granted personal use rights (printing, sharing on social media with credit). Commercial use requires a separate license agreement.
We reserve the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

We take great care with equipment and services, but we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, weather, technical failure).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
